AZ BBQ Outfitters is proud to introduce the newest BBQ pit to our family. We named this Pit the Sedona BBQ Pit after the simplistic yet beautiful town of Seodona. This Pit features a Vertical Smoker with a Boothill Grill without the firebox attached.
(We have yet to name the Vertical Smoker.)

The vertical smoker features 5 shelves with 3.5 inches of spacing between. The smoking chamber and firebox are separated by a v pan welded on the back and front with a 1.5 inch opening on the left and right to allow the heat to move into the cooking chamber. A V shaped SS water pan sits inside the v with a 1 inch offset to keep the water pan from direct contact with the fire (no boiling water). 6” inch wells for easy moving. The pit pictured above has a 36” Boothill weighing in at 975 lbs. It is a beast.
